The IRONMAN 4X4 Electric brake controller is a new generation of brake controller utilising pulse microprocessor based technology.
The brake controller features a remote dial control, so the main unit is hidden away under the dash. It is compact, rugged, easy to install and can be mounted on any angle. The new brake controller is easy to adjust and has a manual over-ride function at the touch of your finger.
This new system can handle both single and dual axle trailers using negative earth system only.

By using the latest CAD & FEA analysis software, Ironman 4×4 have engineered a solution which protects vulnerable underbody components by safely absorbing impact energy from heavy contact with a solid object.
Ironman 4×4 plates are made from 3mm folded steel construction, providing significant strength without adding unnecessary weight to your vehicle.
The step plates provide additional grip for those customers who would like to use the rear bar as an access step. The plates are made from steel and powdercoated in a textured black finish. Easy to fit and come with the pop rivet to fix them in place, the step plates will be available as an optional extra that can be added onto the rear protection tow bar.
The REDARC Smart Start® SBI2 is a microprocessor-controlled battery isolator used in dual battery systems as a solenoid priority system.
It will protect the start battery from excessive discharge, whilst allowing the auxiliary battery to supply non-essential loads. The SBI2 provides 12-volt DC incorporating 100A of continuous ratings.
Power Saving Technology
The battery isolator is primarily used in 4WD and commercial vehicles and incorporates electronic components that will prevent the solenoid from generating high voltage transients. It is better than a diode battery isolator due to the voltage drop associated with diode type isolation.
It features a low standby current draw and sophisticated fault detection and LED indication of operation to warn the user of faults including over-voltage, voltage drop and excessive current draw conditions.
The Smart Start SBI12 battery isolator is a safe way to charge a dual battery system and should often be installed with a high quality fuse kit.
